Handicrafts in Lebanon are full of treasures. The gradual extinction of traditional cultures and craftsmanship has undermined an already fragile relationship between the artisan and the public. The Potters' Day, held on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September in Bkerzay in the Chouf, is not aimed at specialists, nor necessarily at pottery lovers, but it is indeed an event that wishes to encourage and support Lebanese crafts over time.
