Wine and Lebanon - an old love story. The wine has been cultivated in Lebanon for at least 5000 years and its production exported by Phoenicians all around the Mediterranean.
This tour takes you to taste different wine cellars. Aditionally you will visit the Roman ruins of Baalbeck, with its extraordinary Temple of Jupiter and Bacchus, the Roman god of wine. We will also visit the capital of Bekaa, Zahleh, which is also its capital of gastronomy. An unforgettable day - unless you exagerate the wine tasting ....
Baalbeck, the largest Roman temples ever built, is a must see for every Lebanon traveler. World Heritage of Unesco, let yourself be surprised by its beauty and its grandeur.
Enjoy the excellent Lebanese wines. We suggest you visit 2 wineries of the Bekaa where you could visit the estates and enjoy an excellent wine.
