This tour will show you the hidden treasures of Mount Lebanon, combining the adventure of Rafting with trekking and the discovery of villages and monasteries

 Day 1

Smar Jbeil, small archaeological jewel overlooking the sea 

Discover the village of Mayfuk, formerly the seat of the Maronite Patriarchs, with its churches and ancient convent. 

Short hike in the karst mountain of Jaj, where the cedars seem to grow directly from the rocks.

Visit the Balaa sinkhole, a wonder of nature, before wandering in the resorts of Ehden or Bcharre, small typical mountain towns, very lively in summer. Finally we will find the deserved rest in one of the charming hotels of the region.

 Day 2

We will go rafting or kayaking on the Orontes. Under the guidance of professionals we offer circuits for all ages.

After the adventure we shall relax and have a good lunch by the river.

Before returning we will have time to discover the historical monuments of Hermel, like the Pyramid ...

and the former convent of Mar Maroun, carved in the rocks.
